The Rondo Stainless Steel Scale feels sturdy thanks to the stainless steel body, and the blue backlight display is easy to read in a dim kitchen. The 2-button operation is straightforward, and the tare feature works well when I want to weigh multiple ingredients in one bowl. The 2 quart bowl is removable and dishwasher safe, and I like that it doubles as a cover. Capacity is 11 lb with 1 g increments, which suits most baking tasks. Automatic shut-off after four minutes is handy, though it sometimes turns off sooner than I expect.
