I've been using the Old Stone 13-inch Round Pizza Stone for a few weeks now and it works well in my home oven and on the grill. The cordierite feels solid and the built-in handles make it much easier to move when hot. The glazed surface really does wipe clean and doesn't soak up grease, so I've stopped using parchment for cookies and pastries. Crusts come out evenly browned and crisp. Only note: it's heavy, so handle with care. Good buy for homemade pizza and bread.
