I've been using this Joyce Chen Professional Series 14-Inch Pre Seasoned Cast Iron Flat Bottom Wok for a few weeks now, and it's become my go-to pan. The flat bottom sits nicely on my stove, and the sloped edges give plenty of room for tossing stir fry. It's noticeably lighter than my other cast iron thanks to the 2.5mm gauge, so maneuvering it isn't a workout. The maple handle and helper handle make lifting and pouring easy. It arrived pre seasoned and ready to use, and I've also made burgers and fried eggs in it. Solid, versatile wok.
