I picked up this tempura rack to go with my 14" wok and it does exactly what it says. It hangs right on the rim, so I can pull fried items straight out of the oil and let them drain without dirtying another tray. Cleanup is simple and it stores flat. It only fits 14" woks, so check your size before ordering. Good little helper for anyone who fries at home.
