These Joyce Chen Steamer Papers fit my 10-inch bamboo steamer nicely and the tiny holes let steam through evenly. Dumplings and veggies come out without sticking, and cleanup is much faster since the basket stays clean. I also use them to lift food out so nothing falls apart. The 9-inch round size works well with my setup. A pack of 50 lasts a good while, so it's a simple, useful addition if you steam often.
